Error  description: This patch package could not be opened. Verify that the patch package exists and is accessible, or contact the application vendor to verify that this is a valid Windows Installer patch package. Resolution: Files required by the installer can’t be opened. This error typically occurs when a Windows Registry key referred to by the Windows Installer Service is damaged. Run the Fixit utility, which can be downloaded from the Microsoft support website (http://support.microsoft.com/mats/Program_Install_and_Uninstall).
