Error description: ERROR_INSTALL_UI_FAILURE Resolution: This is a common problem caused by your file associations associated with the Windows Installer Service not being registered properly. Run the following commands in sequence:

  1. “msiexec /unreg”
  2. “msiexec /regserver”
