Description:
ICE89 validates that the value in the Progid_Parent column in ProgId table is a valid foreign key into the ProgId column in ProgId table. Every ProgId parent should have a record in the ProgId table.

Concerns:
ICE89 posts the following errors:

ICE89 errors	Description
The ProgId_Parent '[1]' in the ProgId table is not a valid ProgId	There is a ProgId parent specified that is not listed in the ProgId table.

Additional information:
ProgId_Parent is only defined for ‘version independent program IDs”. They can not have entries in the Class_ column.

In case an entry in the CLSID ProgID table, is registered, the corresponding ProgID will also be registered. Also the ProgID which is included in the ProgId_Parent will be registered, and possibly again the next ProgId_Parent (etc.).

Examples of possible errors:
1. The ProgId_Parent 'ProgID' in the ProgId table is not a valid ProgId.

This error must be solved:
Correct the ProgID_Parent entry in the ProgId table, or add the mentioned ProgId to the ProgId table.
