Description:
ICE78 verifies that the AdvtUISequence table either does not exist or is empty. This is required because no user interface is allowed during advertising.

Concerns:
ICE78 posts an error if the AdvtUISequence table exists and is not empty

Additional information:
This table may not exist in your MSI. And if it exists (?!?!?!) it must be empty!

I do not know why someone would make this table. The AdvtExecuteSequence Table is the sequence that is passed by a toplevel Advertise (e.g. an "msiexec.exe /j" installation).  Logical that there is no User Interface needed.

Examples of possible errors:
1. Action 'Action1' found in AdvtUISequence table. No UI is allowed during advertising. Therefore AdvtUISequence table must be empty or not present.

This error must be solved:
Delete the action from the AdvtUISequence table, or delete the complete AdvtUISequence table.
