SparkleFlow Package Management offers the complete solution for creating structure in your packaging project.
SparkleFlow is (re)packaging management software. It's ultimate goal is to make a (re)packaging project as easy as possible. As an extra to speeding up (re)packaging we offer a small knowledgebase for some of the most time-consuming aspects of application (re)packaging and virtualisation: validation and error-fixing.
Validation is a time-consuming part of the packaging process. Most packages produce warnings and ICE errors. Quite often it's unclear whether or not these errors and warnings should be fixed, and if so, how they should be fixed. Finding clear descriptions and possible solutions take up a lot of your time, and the descriptions that Microsoft offers can be quite daunting and cryptic.
We took the liberty of bundling several ICE errors including their descriptions, impact and possible solutions. These notes are based on our own experiences. None of the solutions claims to be the sole or even a 100% answer suited to your question in all cases. All we offer is to provide you with some grip and comprehension to bring you a step further in the right direction of solving your ICE errors.
This overview is updated on a regular basis and does not claim to be complete.

As with ICE errors it can be quite overwhelming and labour-intensive to find the correct solution for an App-V (formerly known as Softgrid) error. In order to save you valuable time, we have created a list of the most common App-V errors for your convenience. The solutions stem from Microsoft supplemented with our own experience, where appropriate. This list does not claim to be complete and is regularly updated. Any feedback and/or additions are welcome.
