ShowReport: a manager's must have.

We know how important it is to quickly deliver a good overview of the work at hand. As an extra add-on for SparkleFlow Package Management, the reporting module ShowReport allows you to lookup and/or export all information from the packaging process. With only a few clicks you realise the required information and its format. A wide variety of selections are at your disposal to refine your desired overview from a complete listing of all packages to any subset you desire. There's more: those subsets can be saved for future use as well, easing the creation of recurring management reports. ShowReport provides all the desired overviews for you.

ShowReport allows you to produce reports that gives clarity to the progress of the project. Obviously, a direct export to Excel is available. Below is an excerpt of the extensive possibilities:

• Project overview with per phase statistics

To give an impression we have made an example of a small number of different listings with a brief description. The following list is without applying a filter. You can Enable the filter and sort by any column you want. With a doubleclick you can select a package for SparkleFlow to return to.

Anyone can now instantly notify one or more colleague's, all recipients will directly receive a notification warning.

Project Overview

The Project Overview window shows the number of packages that are in each individual phase in Real-time. In a rejected status (back to packaging or intake) there is in effect a historic total visible, shown in the gray box. This illustrates an even more realistic picture of the actual progress and fault percentages for the whole packaging process.

You can also show the total number and corresponding list of applications per phase. By double-clicking on a application name, ShowReport displays the workflow history. During the creation of your reports you can easily consult specific information without having to switch between screens.

The reporting capabilities that ShowReport offers you are extended: you decide how you want it displayed. All management information can be displayed at any time with a few simple mouse clicks. This is SparkleFlow Package Management at its best.
